MOQ varies by product. For bulk commodities (rice, spices, frozen produce) the minimum is typically 1 MT or 1 FCL. For value-added and branded products, MOQ starts from 500 units or 100 kg. Sample orders are available in smaller quantities. We'll confirm exact MOQ in our quote.
Yes. We provide complimentary product samples (buyer pays courier) for qualified enquiries. Samples come with a full Certificate of Analysis (COA), Nutritional Facts sheet, and all relevant certifications. Typical sample dispatch is within 5–7 business days.
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), and for established buyers, open account on 30–60 day terms. For first orders, 30% advance + 70% before shipment is standard. We'll discuss what works best for your situation.
Absolutely. Private label is one of our core strengths. We can produce under your brand name with your artwork across most of our product range. Minimum quantities for private label start from 500 units. Lead time for first production run is 4–6 weeks after artwork approval.
Standard shipment documentation includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate (for agri products), APEDA/FSSAI certificates, and Certificate of Analysis. Additional documents (Halal, Organic, EUR.1, GSP) available on request.
Lead times depend on product category. Dry commodities (spices, rice, honey) typically ship within 10–15 days of order confirmation and payment. Frozen produce requires 14–21 days for packing and cold-chain setup. Custom/private label orders take 4–6 weeks. We'll specify exact lead times in your quotation.
